I just can’t eat it cooked past medium, it’s so dry and tough and gross. Rare and Medium Rare are Perfection. I can enjoy all steak, but blue is my preference. Also a good choice: raw. Rare is the best way that I have so far tried. I have never had blue rare or raw steak but I want tooooooo. In between rare and medium rare. Only acceptable way.
